Those who know my kennel and the homepage page by page might feel a little brain rumbling - this pedigree looks familiar in some way. Is it a déja vu? - Yes, it's a déja vu or for the non French speakers a "seen it before". Well, this pedigree is in some way evocative of the Y-Litter-Pedigree - no wonder, it's the same thing, a repeat mating. And some may say, well it looks like the CC-Litter as well. You are right, because it's a repeat-litter to the CC's as well.

Why? - Because I like the Y's and the CC'sa lot and all health results prove the quality of this combination, except of one. But that little girl had a duel with a car and that has nothing to do with bad genes.

Quite unusual to do the same thing for three times - yes, but I'm known for doing things like this. And til now, it pays off.

Here come Mom an Dad of the CC-Litter: Jersey and River - with brand new pics, o.k. almost brand new pics:

On the 9th of October they did it - fast and furious - the way River and Jrsey love it. Not bad for an old couple. However, three times in three years is way under average for normal (i.e. human) couples.

Now it:s waiting again for the ultrasound. I'll keep you posted.

Look here - it worked out fine. Jersey is pregnant. And take a closer look to what we found on the ultrasound picture:

If you look from below and a little left, it seems to be a dog yawning with a wide open mouth. But if you look from above it looks more like Mickey or Minnie Mouse with huge ears. Whatever - we'll take what comes out anyway. Good thing is we know it will be a normal size litter, so we can expect a normal whelping - and it will turn out fine.

Now it's time again for one and the other cup of tea - patience is the key word now - for us and for you. Not much you can do to rush tne season. Just wait for the news:

Here they come: Today - on the 8th of December- it was whelping day. Starting at 5.54 a.m. 8 pups were born. The shop was closed at 11.20. And - quite normal for Jersey and River, a well balanced litter, 4 boys and 4 girls - all alive and kicking.

Daddy River has even more reason to be proud. A son of his went best puppy at the Midland Championship Show and left the haute volée of English breeders behind him. Well done Trewater Aramis, called Jackson and congratulations to Jane Clark!

Now we are almost three weeks old - we can see, we can hear, we can run and our teeth are in the process of breaking through. And we are quite jealous to see the DD's runn ing around in their new freedom. But we are working on that, only a few days and we break free as well. Our human Dad is afraid of that moment, he already sses himself running from poky to poky with paper towels under his arm, trying to clean up the results of digesting. That will be funny!

Enough blabbering - I know you are only interested in new pics - ypu little voyeurs you ...

The best place to be is directly at the bar. Afterwards there is only one thing to do: sleep - in whatever position ...
